Fungal nail treatment without the mess or miracle promises.

The pen is so much easier to keep using. Been using since 26 th June 2026 today is 9 th July 2026 and I have to say this stuff is fantastic such a huge difference in short space of time 2 years I’ve tried to clear this fungal nail and nothing worked until now

Small improvement after 3 weeks… optimistic This review is after using the product for 3 weeks. I know that fungal nail is a stubborn issue and difficult to get rid of, even with medication. Not sure if anyone really wants to see photos of my toe nails, haha, but it’s the best way to show that there has been an improvement. Although not huge I can definitely see a positive change… only 4 stars for now. I will re-visit after a couple of months…watch this space!!

Fortunately my fungal nail infection only manifests as a thick white line beneath the nail. I had previously tried some drops that my wife gave me which required two drops a day on the nail. It didn't work.

Great product that works. I have posted 2 photos before and after 2 weeks. Instructions confused me but I found if you twist the opposite end to the top it clicks do this 4 or 5 times slowly a drop appears. This is all I needed for mine as I had the nails removed.

Effective and clear instruction. Great product with clear instruction, it is the first nail treatment I got from this brand, but would not be the last one. I have used the product for one week and it is really helpful for my situation. It is convinent to carry with me and use any time without leaking.

Great natural nail fungal option. Bought this last week and it's already starting to work wonders and my nail is feeling healthier. I like the fact that it comes in a brush-type pen that you click so you can control the amount you apply to your nail. Another bonus is that it's made from natural oils unlike other brands and includes free little nail files too. One of the oils listed is tree tea oil (I googled the composition list 😅) which is known for treating nail fungal and is antiseptic. A lot safer if it's all natural too, some creams can be a bit chemically and risky.

Effective fungal nail treatment kit. I’ve had a fungal nail infection for ages which has also caused itchy dry skin on my feet. After trying all kinds of home remedies I went to my GP and was prescribed a 3-month course of anti-fungal tablets which have started to make a difference. I’ve been looking for a nail treatment to maintain the improved condition of my nails once I finish the course and ordered this treatment kit from the DERMAVIA+ store. Included in the package is a 15ml bottle of the serum (the bottle top includes a brush for application), two 3ml applicator pens, a pack of small disposable nail files, treatment instructions and a tracker to encourage regular discipline in applying the fluid. The serum contains a blend of natural oils - the viscosity makes it easy to apply the appropriate amount to the nail (I especially like the applicator pens) and the treatment has a pleasant scent. In order to achieve any improvement it’s important to apply the treatment twice daily for at least three months (the habit tracker is useful here). The results will only appear very gradually as the nail grows out - after three months I can see healthy nail appearing but I expect it to take at least another three months before the infected nails have completely grown out. As I’m using this treatment in conjunction with medication and a UV lamp it’s difficult to assess exactly how much the serum itself is contributing - however of all the treatments I’ve tried in the past, the DREMATIVA+ serum is by far my favourite.
